Dr. William Tzu-Liang Chen is a highly qualified surgeon and healthcare executive. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from China Medical University and completed his surgical training at Changhua Christian Hospital, where he developed a strong passion for colorectal surgery. Dr. Chen furthered his expertise through a research fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in Florida, focusing on advancements in his field. His contributions to colorectal surgery are significant. He has authored over a hundred articles exploring the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques, and his research has been published in numerous prestigious medical journals. In addition to his surgical practice, Dr. Chen is a successful healthcare administrator. He currently serves as the Superintendent of China Medical University Hospital in Hsinchu, leading a dedicated team of medical professionals to provide high-quality patient care. Moreover, Dr. Chen is a Professor of Surgery at China Medical University in Taichung City, where he teaches and mentors students. He is a sought-after speaker invited to present at many international conferences, sharing his knowledge and insights with fellow specialists.
