APFCP 2025 is now eligible for HRDCorp Claimable status under Skim Bantuan Latihan (SBL), specifically under the category of Non-Registered Training Provider Details - Associations.

Kindly note that you are required to make payment first and submit the claim directly with HRDCorp after the conference.

Name Change / Substitution

All registrations are only valid for the registered person. A registered delegate who is unable to attend the congress may nominate (free of charge) a substitute delegate by notifying the Congress Secretariat in writing by 14 Jan 2025 with complete information as required in the online registration form.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of registration should be communicated in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation received ON or BEFORE 31 DEC 2024: Refund of 70% the registration fee minus an administrative charge of the paid amount.
  • Cancellation received AFTER 01 JAN 2025 or NO SHOW: No refund will be made. Requests may opt to substitute another delegate.
  • All refunds will be processed after the congress concludes 

All cancellation requests for delegates who have registered for APFCP 2025 must be submitted in writing via email to the Congress Secretariat at secretariat@apfcp2025.org

  • The Committee reserves the right to change the date(s) or speaker(s) if deem fit, without prior notice.
  • The Committee further reserves the right to cancel/postpone the event without liability other than the return of the registration fee.
  • The organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event.
