Name Change / Substitution

All registrations are only valid for the registered person. A registered delegate who is unable to attend the congress may nominate (free of charge) a substitute delegate by notifying the Congress Secretariat in writing by 14 Jan 2025 with complete information as required in the online registration form.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of registration should be communicated in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:

All cancellation requests for delegates who have registered for APFCP 2025 must be submitted in writing via email to the Congress Secretariat at secretariat@apfcp2025.org
